Last month I wrote a very desperate story about my mum. I want to now write a follow up.
Last year my mum was diagnosed with a very rare breast cancer. We are continuing to remain positive, this week she has had her final radiation treatment (no more looooong days for both of us). Scans show that it has not spread past the underarm nodes, so that was great news.
Now we just have the 8 week waiting game, as the radiation sinks in further.
