This is a really tough time for all of you but your love for your mum shines through in your story.

Your story has really touched me as my Mum as we speak is going onto her 5th week in hospital and can no longer weight bare so now once she is well we have to find a way to get a ramp built the whole length of the front house to the drive way so when she is well she can go home even if she is chair bound. It has been hard as she has gotten so sick at times she has told me she has had enough and is just going to give in….she has said her good byes to me a few times now and it is very upsetting as I don’t want my Mum to go any where and her room has all been done up for her and she has seen the pictures as to what she has to come home to as I can not get to the hospital much due to distance I call twice a day and give her a pick me up when she needs it.

So lucky to still have her! And what a brave dad you must have. Good luck to you all and I hope you have some amazing years to come xxx
