Hello!

I have a darling 2.5 year old toddler, we have lots of fun and I love her with all my heart.
Sure we go through tantrums, that’s all part of life., she doesn’t sleep through the night and that’s part of our life too, I don’t mind cuddles in the middle of the night.
The last 2 days, she has started what I call arguing, I say yes, she says no, I say it is, she says it isn’taymy mum says it’s a stage, but oh my goodness I had never heard of this stage, I think this might be what they call the threenager period. I hope it isn’t a long phase lol

  • I know this too well, my daughter didn’t start until after 3 but it lasted till just before she went to school. There were some spectacular tantrums then, never knew a little kid could be so violent! It was so frustrating, there were some days that she spent a lot of the day in time out. I constantly called my mum to vent, but it does get better. She is 9 now, still has tantrums, not often but when she does they are more sulking.

    • Agreed. My nine year old sulks more than throwing a tantrum these day.

  • Oh yes, it’s not an easy time. You wonder what happened to your nice little baby! It does get better though, but the attitude changes.

    • You are so right about wondering what happened lol

    • Oh goodness. Yes I bet it drives you nuts sometimes lol

  • It’s crazy how early they start to test boundaries! When I say no to something, My 10 month old smiles and crawls even faster. I’m not looking forward to the 2.5year old threenager stage:)

  • I wish I was responsible for the name, but I saw it somewhere on Facebook.
