6 months ago I saw pictures of me at my sisters 21st and was horrified at how I looked. I have tried unsuccessfully dieting in the past until I found losebabyweight.com.au. Rhian who runs the site is such a huge support and I feel that it isn’t a diet rather than a lifestyle change. It not only motivated me to eat better but to get fit. When I started I couldn’t run 10m not I am about to tackle my first run for kids in Melbourne this Sunday. Not the 5km but the 15km!! Since August last year I have now done 2 5km fun runs and Tough Mudder. I am so proud of what I have achieved and happy to say I’m also I’m also in a healthy weight range. I’m less than on my wedding day. It’s not about kgs lost but how great I feel in and out!

  • I wish that was me. All I want is to lose 10kgs, not a huge ask.but no matter how I try or what I change….I’m stagnant

    • Could you have a thyroid problem? I know somebody in a similar situation. Part of the diagnosis was thyroid disease.
