Hi all I have had enough of the rudeness I get from some of the workers that work at blacktown olympic park. When I ring up and get spoken to like crap from someone that has worked there for a long time, the lady is in her 30s and should have a lot more respect for other people

  • That is just not on! If you work in customer service, you should realise what’s expected and do your damn job! It’s just not good enough being rude and disinterested in customers. I hope you didn’t give them your custom again?

  • More information would be helpful in giving you an answer. However; if you are not happy it would be a good idea to take your concern higher up the chain. It may be useful and you may get some answers?

  • Is this person always rude or was it a one off . Sometimes we all have bad days

  • It is quite hard to understand why some people work in jobs where they have public contact. Even allowing for people occasionally having a bad day, if a person has “attitude” time and time again, then they need to sort it out. And if they can’t sort it out, they need to move to an area where their attitude won’t affect the customers.

  • Sounds like you are quite unhappy about your experience, was there someone you could make a complaint to higher up?

  • If you are upset about how you are being spoken to or treated you should put in a formal letter of complaint

  • I think you really need to put a formal complaint into the managers of this facility.

  • People that deal with the public really have no excuse to speak rudely to customers. It sounds like you have experienced it more than once at this venue. A written complaint to the manager there sounds like it is warranted. Make sure you put a name and contact number on your complaint.sometimes anonymous complaints are ignored.

    • Yes I totally agree I think that is the best course of action and anonymous complaints are probably going to be ignored.

  • I would be asking to speak to her manager on one has the right to speak rudely to anyone.
