What’s my winter warming tip to beating the chill? Exercise! It’s a great way to make your body feel warmer while also increasing your heart rate. It’s super cheap, can be done at almost anytime, you’ll feel good, feel warmer and stay warmer for a little while after your exercise. So get your runners on and go for a run, or work in the garden or prehaps skip some rope!

  • I oblige myself to go walking with my dog everyday, even if it’s cold and raining. When I come back home, I feel a lot warmer. :-)
