so earlier this year i was trying to loose weight i manager to loose 7kg but got sick and started eating more, im finding it really hard to go back to how i started off but i just cant seem to do it.

i dont know if its the fact that i will miss out on all that yummy food or that im just not feeling like doing it.

i was doing the treadmil 30 mins in the morning and then 30 mins out night.

maybe i should start of slow or something not to sure.

  • How are your weight loss efforts going? It is so hard. I always getting tempted by treats.


  • starting slowly is always a great way to do it, and then try and beat yourself, even if its only by 5 mins each time


  • well done for your effort


  • I know how you feel, I have been going to the gym for 6 months now and still the motivation is hard. Try just saying to yourself that even getting on it for a minute today is better than nothing and you’ll probably find you’ll do more than that. Also try changing just one food item at a time. All or nothing is not a great idea.


  • I Would Just Start Of Slow, Doing Maybe 15 Mins To Start With Then Work Your Way Up, Good Luck It Can Be Hard To Get Back In To It
