i just wanted everyone to hear that you are awesome!
no matter what you are going through, how tough a day your having, take a step back and realise you ARE awesome
we are all mums, we have grown children, we have cared for them when they have cried, when theyre sick, and we have laughed with them
keep doing what your doing, your doing it right!

Needed it today, feeling a bit down
This year has been so horrible and I think its all catching up on me
I lost my Dad in January and then had prophylactic breast cancer surgery in april and have been recovering ever since, my twins are starting kindy next yr, christmas is creeping up so quickly. All overwhelming

What a great positive post! Yes, we are all AWESOME!

I think most of us are guilty of not rewarding ourselves with a pat on the back.

I’m so glad this has helped some people
Well all need to see something positive in our lives
I hope everyone is feeling a little better about themselves after reading this 🙂
