This superfood breakfast smoothie is perfect for Mum’s on the go.  Quick and easy to prepare and packed with essential nutrients and nutritional antioxidants that’ll have you powering through your morning!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • ½ cup blueberries (or your choice of berries)
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup your choice of milk
  • 1 cup natural Greek style yoghurt
  • 2 tsp LSA
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
