- ½ cup organic rolled oats
- ½ cup blueberries (or your choice of berries)
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 cup your choice of milk
- 1 cup natural Greek style yoghurt
- 2 tsp LSA
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
