Cooper is so lucky to have two such wonderful people as parents.

Way too long for a child (and mum or dad of course) to be away from his parents but as long as it’s working for the family then they can keep their jobs and make the most of their time together.

At his age nothing would have held me back either.
Protocol means nothing to children as young as him.
He is lucky he is old enough to remember his Mum. So many military personell are forced to leave their loved ones and often very small children don’t remember them when they come back which is heartbreaking to witness.

It certainly tugged on my heart strings!

I cried!!!! This is why no one should go to war. How can you leave your children behind I struggle just going to work each day and leaving my little girl!!
My favourite of day is climbing into bed each night for our special mummy daughter snuggle time where my 5 year old tells me about her day the good and bad and opens her heart and mind to me. So special I hope it continued through her teenage years
