Such a gorgeous little puppy. I WANT ONE.

Think it depends on how one raises the pup from the start. I know of puppies that will eat rice and veggies – whatever the family has, the dog has too!

They are so cute. We had a small pup who actually pulled her own carrots out of the garden, laid on her belly on the back lawn, her feeting holding the tops down on the ground and at the carrot down to the stems. We could never find the spot she had pulled them out of. She got growled at enough times but that didn’t deter her. When she discovered I could see her from my bedroom window she took them down the back yard behind the shed and ate them. The only problem is that even as an adult dog they don’t digest raw carrot properly (you will find the evidence in the yard when you clean up their “deposits”). A friend of ours had a dog that if given commercial dog food would always pick out the peas and one other vegetable. She would either “nose” them to the other side of her bowl or dump them on the floor. Don’t bother trying to “hide” them !!

Oh! Little one! My dog (Labrador Retriever) actually loves carrots and celery and capsicum!

We had a fussy puppy too. So funny watching them come across new foods.

Too cute. Yes, we have fussy dogs in this house.
