Haha, I love this it’s so fantastic to see them having so much fun. Great effort. My go to dancing song that I can’t resist is Uptown Funk. It gets me going in the car, at home, anywhere really.

Months ago, a three-year-old asked me to play “Shake it Off” at home; I had not heard of the song. Then I saw a version of the video above on the news and looked it up on You Tube. It is a great catchy song. Also check out the rock version by Ryan Adams.

Showing age is no barrier…well done.

As most of us know, just because the calendar says we’re a certain age, our minds are still young. This is a great video.

Some Retirement Villages have so many activities you have to choose what you want to do. There are a few that have exercise groups such as that shown on this video, or more leisurely.

Perfect example of living life to the max.

That’s just gorgeous. These elderly residents look like they’re still loving life. They chose such a great song too
