  • Haha, I love this it’s so fantastic to see them having so much fun. Great effort. My go to dancing song that I can’t resist is Uptown Funk. It gets me going in the car, at home, anywhere really.

  • Months ago, a three-year-old asked me to play “Shake it Off” at home; I had not heard of the song. Then I saw a version of the video above on the news and looked it up on You Tube. It is a great catchy song. Also check out the rock version by Ryan Adams.

  • Some Retirement Villages have so many activities you have to choose what you want to do. There are a few that have exercise groups such as that shown on this video, or more leisurely.
