I always worry with molten cakes. They don’t ever seem to remain gooey on the inside. Over cooked obviously

I am going to be making these delicious molten chocolate cakes many times; especially next Valentine’s Day, thanks.

We are going out for a casual dinner but I will have to have to have something with chocolate, strawberries or raspberries for dessert. Ah decisions, decisions lol.

My Mum had a heat shape cake tin. I don’t whether or not you can still buy them.
Ideal for Wedding Anniversay Cakes too.

I hadn’t thought of dessert for Valentine’s Day yet, but imagined some form of chocolate to be included. Looks so yum and easy to make.

Looks so easy – but it doesn’t work for me.

I love baking and have the knack for most things but this is one thing I don’t have the knack for. I can only dream-or try again and risk another failure.
