Here are some things you can do to boost your chances:
Healthy diet – eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. This will ensure you are healthy and well.

Yoga – stress can hinder your chances on falling pregnant and exercise like yoga can help you de-stress.
Stop smoking – quitting smoking for both partners can increase your chance of conceiving significantly. Toxins in cigarettes damage both eggs and sperm.
Weight – keep both partner’s weight in the ideal BMI range. Weight can affect egg and sperm quality.
Folic acid – women should take a folic acid supplement while trying to concieve, which helps prevent neural tube defects in babies.
Caffeine – cutting back on your tea, coffee and soft drinks. In some studies caffeine has been shown to make it harder to conceive.
Alcohol – reduce your intake of alcohol. High alcohol consumption has been linked to women being less fertile and can cause men to be impotent.
Exercise – keep fit and active so that your body is best prepared for pregnancy, aim for 30 mins of exercise a day.
