If you are considering a Vuly Trampoline for your family this year, you are definitely on the right track!

A Vuly Trampoline is strong by design and verified by testing from all around the World.

Every Vuly Trampoline and Vuly play product is developed in Australia for Australian backyards. Vuly put each product through its paces with purpose built equipment at their in-house laboratory in Brisbane – to ensure your Vuly Trampoline will stand the test of time (and your very bouncy kids).

Battered with intense weather exposure that simulates years in the wild Australian climate, Vuly don’t just claim their outdoor play equipment is strong: they prove it.

So now that your mind is at ease knowing that a Vuly Trampoline is as safe as you can possibly get, there are other important factors to consider before you buy.

At Vuly Play, they understand the must have features for the perfect trampoline and have shared the following 8 points to help you decide:

1. Have you considered the size?

The first thing to think about when choosing a trampoline for your family is it’s size.  You want to make sure there’s enough clearance around the trampoline and above the trampoline when positioning, so that the kids are safe when they’re bouncing around.

It’s also a great idea to be able to move the trampoline around a little – especially if you have grass underneath the trampoline.

Each Vuly Trampoline is available in a range of sizes, so that you can find the perfect one to fit your backyard. All the dimensions are listed on the Vuly Play site so you can see for yourself.

2. Do you want a trampoline with springs or springless?

Another thing to consider when purchasing a trampoline is springs or springless. Unlike traditional springs, springless trampolines use a bend technology, which in most cases helps provide a better bounce and also reduces the risk of injury.

If you’re considering a spring trampoline make sure the trampoline has good quality padding that you can flip over time, to last you longer.

In the Vuly Trampoline range there are  both Spring and Springless options to choose from. With the spring option, the Vuly Trampoline springs are totally external and sit outside of the net so your kids will only ever fall on the jump mat or net, and never the metal springs. The springs are also covered with high quality PVC padding that’s 60% thicker than the nearest competitor, and the springs are made with an advanced rebound system you get a deeper bounce.

The Vuly Trampoline springless option is safer than ever because there’s no springs at all! The pre-curved and rivet-less design ensures less strain on your kids knees, and a higher bounce that your kids will love you for!

3. Does it have a safety net?

The quality of the Vuly safety nets are another reason why Vuly Trampolines are the best choice for your little ones. All Vuly safety nets sit inside the springs of the trampoline ensuring your kids safety.

The Vuly nets are long-lasting and soft and made with a strong polyethylene fabric that has been thoroughly tested in real weather conditions so it will last the distance. The tightly woven netting is also fine and tear-resistant to avoid catching little fingers and toes. In terms of height, Vuly nets are 40cm taller than the nearest competitor to ensure the utmost safety.

They also have a 0mm gap between the mat and net for less risk of accidents and feature a safety skirt at the base of the net to prevent underside access and risk of injury.

4. What’s the frame made from?

When choosing a trampoline, you should consider it’s frame to ensure the longevity of your investment. Every Vuly Trampoline has a galvanised finish from top to bottom, and even on the inside to protect against rust and heat.

5. How much weight can it hold?

Did you know Australian Standards say that a trampoline should be tested with five times the static weight of whatever minimum weight rating the manufacturer claims?

This means a trampoline officially rated for 150 kilos can actually take up to 750 kilos of static load … that’s a lot of weight!

When choosing a trampoline, you should check that it passes the Australian Safety Standards and has been fully tested for the weight rating they claim. Every Vuly Trampoline is accredited to the Australian Safety standards, as well as those in the USA and Europe, so you can be confident their product is safe.

6. Does it have a shade cover?

We all know how strong the UV rays are in Australia, so you should absolutely check if your trampoline has a shade cover to protect the kids from our harsh Australian sun.

It’s just another reason why a Vuly Trampoline is the best choice for kids. All models come with a fitted shade cover to protect them in the sun.

7. Does it have warranty?

A warranty is essential when you’re making a big investment. Every Vuly trampoline comes with a five year warranty, and you can even purchase replacement parts for your trampoline after the model has expired – win win!

8. Is it easy to assemble?

The final reason you should choose a Vuly Trampoline is that it’s not only best for the kids, but for the adults too (as in the adults who get the job of assembling the trampoline)!

With Vuly Trampolines there are no nuts, bolts or velcro for assembly, so the installation is super easy! By using push buttons the Vuly Trampoline parts simply push into place. So you can be confident you or the other adult in charge of assembly won’t end up a hot mess struggling to put the trampoline up in time for the big reveal!

So, once you’ve gone through this list, we’re convinced you’ll be right down to deciding which Vuly Trampoline model is right for your family.  And if you’re anything like us, you’ll be looking for super duper value.

  • I think the entire Vuly range looks terrific. Definitely can’t compare with the quality but they are quite $$$ compared to some other brands that offer similar warranty, safety and extras.

  • I think trampolines have really improved for the better not like the very first ones where you had to put mats all around them so you wouldn’t get caught in the sides. Plus they are much safer wth the net all around them.
