Nope…im the eldest and never had a ticket or an accident. where as my brothers have had several accidents and a few tickets.

I am only child so what does make me?

Obviously not in all cases. My older brother is a lead foot, yet my daughter is more of a less foot then her older brother.

I think I know why some hog the middle lane. If something happens in front of you, you may have the chance to avoid it if you can change lanes to the left or right if it is safe to do so

I’m not sure if this is true, but I think younger siblings learn from observing and take from what an older sibling may be doing right or wrong.

I’m not convinced who did they get these statistics from.

I’m the youngest and this is very true for us. My brother and sister are terrifying behind the wheel! I got my licence first and have a clean driving history.

It would be interesting to read a bit more about the underlying reasons for this different driving behaviour by the older siblings.

I didn’t need a study to know this! I’ll have to show my older sister this hahah
