Hello!

I find painting calms me. One ca be creative with it and paint anything you wish. You don't have to be an artist. Include children too, they can add glitter or paint with you. Great activity for spending time together. I like to do Aboriginal art as it is my culture however please paint what you want for your own masterpiece, frame it and display it on your wall.

Material

  • 5 tubes of acrylic paint
  • 1 canvas
  • 2 paint brushes, 1 thick, 1 fine

Method

  1. Paint what ever you feel.
  2. I use the end of paint brushes for dots.
  3. When finished allow to dry. One can spray with hair spray f desired to protect paint-not necessary though.
