This is the softest play dough you’ll ever make and the best bit – no cooking on the stove.

Material

  • 1/2 cup shaving cream
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 2 drops food colouring

Method

  1. Mix together equal parts shaving cream and corn starch in a bowl.
  2. Roll out on to a clean board then knead it until it starts to form dough.
  3. Add a few drops of food colouring to colour it, then knead some more.

Notes

Add more cornflour if the mixture is too wet. Add more shaving cream if the mixture is too dry.

  • Amazing! I bet it’s even better once it’s been moulded for a while. I’m worried about a stench though some of that shaving cream is quite strong? Also for little people if they eat any?
