These crimes seem to be on a steep increase. There needs to be far stricter bail conditions and far stricter sentences.

They have the evidence on CCTV. There is no doubt. He should not have been allowed bail. He should have known he would most likely be seen. Maybe he wanted to get caught.

There seems to be an unleashing of sicko’s who feel it is their right to perpetrate and violate other beings without giving it a thought. Who do they think they are, and what gives them the right. If that were my child that bloke would be missing a digit, believe me. Sick unit, get help.
