  • A healthy diet and realistic hygiene behaviour is the best thing for childrens immunity, a little bit of chicken poo and dirt never hurt anyone, in fact it may be just what they need!

  • My daughter got sick a lot when we first moved to the city but I would say it was due to an increase in interaction but she seems to have a good immune systems when fighting off the nasty bugs

  • i think some exposure to germs helps to strengthen their immune system too… my house is clean but I don’t stop my daughter playing outside in the dirt!

  • My 18 month old just had her first little cold – I think she has a very good immune system (maybe I am a bad cleaner/disnfector)!
