  • Wash strawberries and gently pat dry with paper towel. Remove the leaves. Cut the strawberries in halves (across the middle). Put a dot of cream on the top of the point and cream in the middle. If you are really clever you can melt some chocolate, let it cool then put on dots to act as eyes and buttons on his coat. You can use specially designed moulds to make jelly shapes.
