It's Cloud 9 for Kelly Clarkson!

A massive congrats to American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson and her husband Brandon Blackstock!

On June 12th the couple welcomed baby River Rose into the world, and Kelly announced the news with great joy on Twitter:

Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th! Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!

Kelly and Brandon let the world know they were expecting back in November 2013 but didn’t let on the due date. In January they revealed further details saying it was going to be a baby girl.

River Rose is the first child for Kelly and the third for Brandon – we are sure that River is going to be a wonderful little addition and we can’t wait to see some photos!
