Hello and WELCOME to Day 1 of the MoM 10 Day Restore Your Core Challenge. We are giving YOU a 10 day challenge for FREE, it starts today but you can join us at anytime!

Our first challenge is Spinal Articulation and is demonstrated by Pilates instructor and Diastasis Rehab specialist Lana Dawkins. Lana demonstrates Diastasis safe Pilates exercises to Restore Your Core.

Please note, the exercises in the 10 Day Restore Your Core program are core strengthening exercises and are safe to do if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or as a maintenance program if you have already closed your Diastasis to prevent it separating again. To learn more about a 6-week Diastasis rehabilitation program to heal and close abdominal separation, please visit The Belly Firm.

How did you go? Will you take the rest of the challenge with us? SHARE your thoughts in the comments below!

  • certainly good for closing the ab seperation.

  • I will incorporate this into my current exercise regime – it can only help.

  • Yes I will have to give this a go

  • yes i will have to try these out

  • on you Liz, I have no core strength and cannot wait to start this series of restore your core exercises with you!

  • I totally forgot about this, have had a sick baby, so haven’t had a chance to start. Hopefully I can start today.

  • I found this a bit difficult but I will persevere.

    • Hi there, Lana does quite a few reps in this so just 3 is fine to do too. It is more about concentrating on getting the breating right and trying to lower down vertebrae by vertebrae. It is a great warm up for the spine as often parts of our spine don’t move a lot which is not great for posture or core strength :-)

  • I try to do these regular. Will keep going.

    • Good luck, how did Day 2 and 3 go? Let me know if you have any Q’s!

  • Hard at the start. But will continue.

  • feeling good

  • Lke it

  • i will be doing these challenges. my core strength is horrible after a c-section :(

    • Hi there, yes C-sections can really weaken your tummy and core. Let me know if you have any questions! Liz

  • This is great. Thank you. Looking forward to more

  • Thanks for the day one challenge.

    • Thanks for the links too.

      • Sure, hope you are enjoying it, let me know if you have any questions about the exercises or abdominal separation! Liz
