Hello and WELCOME to Day 3 of the MoM 10 Day Restore Your Core Challenge. We are giving YOU a 10 day challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our third challenge is Core and Obliques and is demonstrated by Pilates instructor and Diastasis Rehab specialist Lana Dawkins. Lana demonstrates Diastasis safe Pilates exercises to Restore Your Core.

Please note, the exercises in the 10 Day Restore Your Core program are core strengthening exercises and are safe to do if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or as a maintenance program if you have already closed your Diastasis to prevent it separating again.   • This one is slightly harder for me due to previous tummy operations for adhesions, but I will keep trying.
