Hello and WELCOME to Day 1 of the MoM 10 Day Restore Your Core Challenge. We are giving YOU a 10 day challenge for FREE, it starts today but you can join us at anytime!

Our first challenge is Spinal Articulation and is demonstrated by Pilates instructor and Diastasis Rehab specialist Lana Dawkins. Lana demonstrates Diastasis safe Pilates exercises to Restore Your Core.

Please note, the exercises in the 10 Day Restore Your Core program are core strengthening exercises and are safe to do if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) or as a maintenance program if you have already closed your Diastasis to prevent it separating again.   • I found this a bit difficult but I will persevere.


    • Hi there, Lana does quite a few reps in this so just 3 is fine to do too. It is more about concentrating on getting the breating right and trying to lower down vertebrae by vertebrae. It is a great warm up for the spine as often parts of our spine don’t move a lot which is not great for posture or core strength :-)

  • i will be doing these challenges. my core strength is horrible after a c-section :(
