  • NT is amazing and i have been luck enough to see it – top end is by far my favourite though – kakadu national park changed my life it is beyond amazing and those crazy hikes are worth it. mindil markets are great but dont run in the wet season, museum in darwin is great too and a must see! jet boating was super fun but dot go hung over! wave pool is good fun too! down the lower end devil marbles are very cool. uluru is stunning sunrise is best and the olgas are great too! also watch out for carmels!

  • Agree, never visit Darwin in the wet season, it is so HOT, after a shower, sitting under the fan, you are still sweating. Much hotter than Queensland.

  • Hve visited family in Darwin – best advise – DO NOT GO IN THE WET!!!! Go in the dry season – many more markets etc are open and it is not then like living in a sauna
