Farmer Wants A Wife couple Brad and Clare have welcomed their first child together – a baby boy!

Brad shared an adorable family photo on Instagram, revealing their son’s name is Roy Grahame Jones.

The couple announced in June that they were set to hear the pitter patter of little farm boots this year.

Brad and Clare, who appeared on the latest season of the hit TV show, revealed the news on Instagram, sharing a sweet snap and the caption: “We’re so excited to meet our newest little farm hand! Baby Jones due December.”

Brad Jones, 32, admitted to New Idea that the couple didn’t actually think they’ll fall pregnant as soon as they did. “We didn’t think it would happen as quick as it did.”

Clare Hockings, 28, said at the time that she had been healthy, besides some morning sickness early on. Little Roy is the first grandchild for Clare’s family.

“They are so excited,” she said. “Brad’s parents just welcomed a new granddaughter the other day, so it’ll be nice for our baby to have a little cousin close in age.”

The couple didn’t find out the gender of their baby, preferring the ‘old-fashioned way’ of discovering if they had a son or daughter.

While the show wrapped up filming several months ago, the final episode only aired earlier this year, making the news even more exciting for fans.
