Light, fluffy pillows of potato goodness, gnocchi is an inexpensive, delicious pasta that’s able to carry so many flavours.

Back in Roman times gnocchi was made from semolina dough mixed with eggs, and has since gone through many recipe adaptations. For the most part, it’s now a potato dumpling that’s light, yet filling. Gnocchi recipes are mostly simple and satisfying, just like gnocchi itself!

While most of us are familiar with using gnocchi in savoury main courses, it’s also just as delectable as a dessert – make sure you check out the Cinnamon Gnocchi recipe below!
