This is a very simple and quick mid week dinner.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 packet gnocchi
- 50g butter
- 14 sage leaves
- 1 cup finely grated parmesan
- Cook gnocchi as per instructions.
- Melt butter over medium heat and add the sage leaves.
- Cook for about 4 minutes until butter just starts to turn slightly brown and leaves crisp up.
- Add drained gnocchi and season.
- Put into bowls and sprinkle heavily with parmesan.
