Community service announcement: You can eat chocolate mousse and have no guilt with this delicious healthy chocolate mousse!
- 3 avocados
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1 cup chocolate powder
- Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place in bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
This is really delicious and I served it to the kids and they couldn’t tell that there was avocado in it.
