  • Any suggestions of an alternative to orange or other citrus please. Too acidic for me and gives me severe reflux (I won’t go into the details – you might be eating when you’re reading this)

  • I love nothing better than a fresh food salad and fruit kebabs dipped in yoghurt are also delicious for dessert.

    • And to add a wicked twist some warm dipping chocolate for the not so healthy days!

  • I love a sticky date pudding or golden syrup dumplings in winter and a Pavlova with strawberries on top or the old fashion bread and butter pudding with sultanas to use up excess bread or a tirumisu desert.
