I have just relocated interstate so this really strikes a chord with me.

My best friends live overseas too so we can use skype or fb for chatting.

Its true I still keep in contact with my high school friend we only see each other maybe 4 times a year if that but we survive

I love this poem. My best friend moved 1200kms away, but I am so glad for skype and the internet and the fact I can call her almost every day. Im heading to see her in the holidays and looking forward to coffee and a face to face chat.

Its hard when away from your friends, this poem did sum it up for me, must pass it on to my long distance friends!

This makes me think of my best friend who moved 9houra drive away. Although we do coffee twice a week just on the phone

I think every mother can relate to this. Catch ups with friends seem like so few and far between these days

  So true, even when you’re nearby, you still spend most of your catch up time chasing your kids around instead of talking.

    So very true, unless someone minds the kids you can’t really have a proper catch-up.
