  • Excellent video and so very true.
High blood pressure I believe was brought on by the stresses I was dealing with and also migraine headaches. Sometimes the stress is another person in your life that you would be better of without. Thats how it was for me.

  • Yes, it sure is important we are aware of the signs of stress so that we can stop and look for ways to reduce stress within our lives. I had a period in my life I was very stressed due to a nasty problematic situation at my work. I was not able to relax, kept on thinking, continuous tension in my muscles, had neck and back aches, lack of sleep, increased heart rate, etc.
I know for me personally it’s a trap when I start to over think things and am not able to get them out of my mind. On those moments I need to take action by talking about it, choosing relaxing activities like swimming, yoga, a massage, reading a book, catching up with a friend, adding fun, etc.

  • Find I occasionally stress during the night while sleeping and wake up with a very sore jaw. If I notice stress during daylight hours, I can breathe deeply and overcome it, but how do you overcome the symptoms while sleeping?

  • I learned last year just how much stress was affecting me when I ended up in hospital with inflamed organs from gastro, when no one else even got it. My body shut right down and I was falling apart and a bout of Gastro had me in agony and in hospital for days. Why I think I’ll be single for a long time…
