Craving a dessert in hurry? Whip up this super quick milo cake and you could be eating it in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of self-raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons of Milo
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a microwave proof bowl until well combined.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Eat!

This is literally the quickest dessert and so tasty, the kids love it. You can add ice-cream on top for an extra treat!What is your favourite quick dessert?
