These rainbow biscuits would be perfect for your child’s next birthday party, they are sure to impress the kids.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter softened slightly
  • 100 g sugar
  • Food colouring (use natural food colouring)

Method:

  1. Knead ingredients together and divide in 6 balls (or amount of colours you have)
  2. Add a few drops of food colouring to each ball and make 6 colours of dough.
  3. Roll one colour out in a flat row.
  4. Repeat with other colours on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Cut biscuits into slices and place in the fridge until oven is ready.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve up to the kids.

  • They do look really good, awesome for a kids party. I made a rainbow smash cake for my grandsons first birthday. It looked pretty good, not that anyone noticed because he didn’t want to smash it
