It seems the debate about whether to reveal the gender of their baby wasn’t an issue for Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie and heart-throb actor Josh Duhamel.

On a recent segment on “LIVE with Kelly and Michael” in the US, the pair coaxed Josh to reveal the gender of his first baby with Fergie by having him participate in a onesie game where he had to choose pink or blue.  He apparently played coy for a few minutes, getting the audience involved in helping him make the decision.

After a little bit of fun, he held up the blue onesie with glee and happily confirmed “It’s a boy!”

Previously they’d said they were planning to keep the gender a secret with Josh saying “It’s our little secret”.  But seems the babymoon has them even more loved up than ever with Josh also saying that Fergie has filed court documents to legally switch from Stacy Ann Ferguson to Fergie Duhamel.

Awww – we think the two are going to make great parents (we also think they’ll make GORGEOUS bubbas)!

Josh says he can’t wait to be a father, even if it means sleepless nights looking after his newborn. Did his acting role in “Life as we know it” with Katherine Heigl give him a glimpse?
