Even with my 9 month old I often have a sneaky nap. On rough days we co-nap

I love Megan Gale; she one of those people that you know you would get along with.

Sure have I do it all the time it’s harder now that my kids are older an rarely have day sleeps but if I’m really tired I try to lay with them so we go to sleep together

yes yesterday I did a 5 minute cat nap on the floor while bub played in his ball pit 🙂 it’s amazing what 5 minutes with your eyes half opened can do!

she has such a super cute little boy, hope she enjoyed her little nap 🙂 – everyone says you should sleep while the baby is sleeping, but it we always did this then the house would be an absolute bombsite! – I would have a lie down during one of my girls daytime naps or do easy things like sit and fold washing as I have a hard time sleeping in the day 🙁

A ‘sneaky’ nap always seems like such an indulgence!

I love sneaking in naps!

My husband and I napped for about 10 seconds (we thought) simultaneously once. When we woke up, our child had pushed her little toy table and chairs from the kitchen to the bedrooms at the end of the hallway. Thank goodness that is all she did!

Yes of course, especially when my son still napped twice. A bit hard now with another baby and my son only naps once
