Who says Milo is just for the kids. Our childhood favourite sprinkle has made its way behind the bar in the form of a delicious Milo Martini. It’s pretty much a malty boozy milkshake in a martini glass encrusted with Milo (of course).

Milo lovers living in Sydney, you can get your martini fix at Downtown Brooklyn in Penrith on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Make Your Own Milo Martini
But the good news is, is that you can easily whip up your own Milo Martini in minutes. Now To Love wrangled the recipe from Charlie Ainsbury, twice winner of Australian Bartender of the Year and Spirit Ambassador at Dan Murphy’s.
It’s as simple as mixing and shaking up the following ingredients:
• 30ml Cognac
• 30ml Cream
• 20ml Crème de Cacao
• 1tsp Milo
Dip the rim of your martini glass into a saucer of cream and then dip into a saucer of milo to make a crunchy milo-encrusted rim.
Pour the drink into your glass, sprinkle some Milo on top and take a sip.
