Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

So here is DAY 2: PUSH UPS

  • 50 push ups even from the knees and with breaks really hurts


  • Today’s mission after excursion with school


  • Far out! I don’t think I could even do 3 pushups!


  • I love that your daughter was doing the push ups with you! So cute!!! :-)


  • i suck at push ups…no upper body strength…something i need to work at


  • Done! Did my pushups on the wall as I have a knee injury.


  • I struggled with this. I have no upper body strength at all but will hopefully have some after this month

  • Righto, day 1 down, day push ups after walk.


  • I use to get in trouble at a bootcamp I done a few months ago for having my bum up in the air. I was told prior by a fitness instructor to do push ups like that due to the level fitness I am at.


  • I can’t get down and back up off the floor any more but I do like your response to Ashblonde, I also read this version in a article on here only a little while back. Thanks Amanda looking forward to tomorrow. :-)

    • Cherz we might be able to manage this without having to get down on the ground. I fell (actually I did a swan dive!!) a few months ago to avoid falling on my grandchild & I sat there not knowing whether to laugh or cry, it took me awhile to get up holding onto furniture. I’m hoping this Fitness Challenge improves my mobility. Good Luck to us both!

  • Can’t do this! I need a knee replacement. Can you suggest something else.\?

    • Pop your hands on all so you are on about a 45 degree angle and then do the push ups towards the wall. Let me know how you go. Manda x

      • Sorry, that should say, put your hands on a wall!

      • Thanks for that Manda! I can do that & it still makes me feel like I’ve worked out!
