  • I couldnt stand spaghetti while pregnant and suffered morning sickness terribly I used to drink weak cammonmile tea use to ease it alot hope that helps

  • Ugh – morning sickness. with my first I had to have a dry biscuit when I woke up – the heartburn was worse than the morning sickness though. With my second morning sickness didn’t hit until the second trimester and continued right up to the day I went into labour!

  • I remember morning sickness, actually all day sickness with my first. Dry biscuits & sweet tea helped for me. Grated apples too helped me. Great advice for a very trying period of time.

  • I have been given the worse case of morning sickness my whole pregnancy, I haven’t put on like any weight, my drs finally prescribed me onsetron or (ondansetron) or the ‘wafers’ which are also used for cancer patients and they have worked amazingly!! Wouldn’t go for anything else really have been blessed by these tiny little pills!

  • When I was pregnant with my little girl, the only thing that seemed to help was Fruit Tingles, they also helped with heartburn!

  • I had terrible indigestion during my second pregnancy which would make me feel so nauseous. I found sucking on lollies or ice helped me feel better when it was at its worse

  • nothing much used to help me apart from being sick and then I would feel better for a while, the heart burn was worse for me, but I only had these problems with my daughters not my son.

  • It can be really bad for some women, aim of the article was to be able to give more options and hopefully help more pregnant ladies feel a little bit better.

  • I had it really bad with my twins but nothing helped that much ginger tablets did a bit but I felt like nothing helped

  • I had lots of morning sickness and bananas and choc milk were all that I ate and drank for almost 5 months with my daughter.
