Mum Learns Tough Lesson After Letting Child Play on Her Phone

One mum has learned the hard way about handing over her iPhone to the kids.

Lauren Brown shared her funny story on LinkedIn about how her daughter had unintentionally hindered her career.

“In case you’re wondering how my career is progressing, my daughter asked #Siri to call me ‘Poop Your Pants’ which I didn’t realize until I was copied on an email to a client,” she wrote in the post.

“Let this be a cautionary tale to all you working parents!”

She added that “after the shock wore off” she was able to have a “good laugh” about the joke.

The senior manager included screenshots in her post attracting more than 1,700 likes and over 100 comments from other “working mums” and dads who had their own mishaps after their kids had borrowed their devices.

Oh too funny! I have heard of young kids getting on their parents phones and running up massive credit card bill by purchasing things. Also a huge mobile phone bills from kids use.

Haha kids are the worst aren’t they! My son managed to disable my phone for 1 year! I had to take it to Apple to get it fixed. Needless to say he’s no longer allowed to touch my phone.

I only give my kids my phone when I absolutely need complete concentration, otherwise they never touch it

Apparently there is a way of “locking” your phone so the kids can only play games.
I know a toddler who used her Mum’s phone. It is set up that Missy can only play games and take photos
