This Brisbane restaurant has launched a fountain that allows diners to pour as many glasses of prosecco as they like!

Brisbane restaurant Darling & Co has a new and very popular addition – a bottomless prosecco fountain! The fountain is self serve, allowing diners to pour as many glasses of prosecco or spritz as they would like every Sunday afternoon.

An Endless Supply

For just $60 per person, customers can enjoy the unlimited fountain as well as a delicious grazing platter featuring fried chicken, fresh oysters, cauliflower popcorn and more. The restaurant took to its Facebook page to make the announcement saying that it sets them apart. “Darling, you won’t believe your eyes,” they wrote. “We’re introducing a prosecco and spritz fountain! Join us every Sunday for our two hour drinks and grazing board package.” Guests hoping to rock up on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy the experience will be disappointed however, as you must have a booking to take advantage of the endless bubbles!

All Year Round

It looks like 2019 is the year of bottomless prosecco, with the Darling & Co fountain open every Sunday until December 22nd, leaving customers plenty of time to make the most of it. If you’re not in Brisbane, don’t panic – Sydneysiders can head to The Winery to experience the joys of endless bubbles, Prahran’s The Smith will soon have its very own fountain, Electra House in Adelaide has been known to serve an incredible bottomless boozy brunch, and The Globe in Perth offers a special prosecco fountain brunch!

So if you’ve got a special birthday coming up, or are desperately searching for a hen party venue, it looks like a venue with prosecco fountain is an absolute must!

  • That’s really unique and quite amazing. Brilliant idea that I would certainly look at for a venue feature.

  • If I still drank I’d go there for sure haha!

  • This is certainly unique, a clever idea.

  • Wow that’s a good way to drink too much lol

  • How fun, something different and unique

  • What a good point of difference. Most people would be responsible and enjoy it in moderation

  • Nice that it is in Brisbane, I will tell my friends. I don’t like the bubbles myself but will certainly spread the word. Such a cool idea and new as far as i know. I never seen or thought of this idea before.

  • Whoa, lots of fun for responsible people!

  • Restruants in some places can be fined if the customers leave there in a drunken state. Whether they like it or not they have a duty of care. The same applies to people who host parties even in private houses. Some have bottomless soft drinks.

  • Very nice! But a bit surprised this is legal

  • How exciting, I think with so many restaurants these days there needs to be something that makes it different from others.

  • Sounds like a pretty good deal. I probably wouldn’t be throwing back too many prosecco’s but it’s a fun concept.

  • Sounds interesting, a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon if you live close.

  • Is there a place in Melbourne??

  • Wow! How awesome! I love prosecco so I would be very happy here!
