Brisbane restaurant Darling & Co has a new and very popular addition – a bottomless prosecco fountain! The fountain is self serve, allowing diners to pour as many glasses of prosecco or spritz as they would like every Sunday afternoon.

An Endless Supply

For just $60 per person, customers can enjoy the unlimited fountain as well as a delicious grazing platter featuring fried chicken, fresh oysters, cauliflower popcorn and more.

The restaurant describes the free flowing booze affair, called Sparkling Springs on their facebook page: “Darling, you won’t believe your eyes,” they wrote. “We’re introducing a prosecco and spritz fountain! Join us every Sunday for our two hour drinks and grazing board package.”

Every Sunday at 2pm, customers can enjoy tasty grazing boards and substantial favourites like sliders, all paired with prosecco and spritz for $60pp.

Food on offer include chicken sliders, charcuterie boards, mini fish & chips & more! And of course neverending spritzes & prosecco straight from the fountain.

  • Look at this! Sounds so good

  • This would be fantastic if I actually drank. Do they have a cheaper version for water drinkers?????

  • Moving to Brisbane this year! This is 100% on must do list

  • That could lead to disaster!! bring it on

  • I’ve seen sparkling water like this in a restaurant!

  • I want to fly to Perth just so I can do this!

  • OMG yes I want one in Sydney I would definitely go!!

  • None anywhere near me – not all that attractive, anyway.

  • Great idea but some might lose control

  • Omg amazing

  • Ooh, how dangerous this could be!!! I don’t mind prosecco, but it’s not my go-to. I know a few who’d love this though.

  • Wow this place is going to be so popular. I know a few people that would be interested.

  • I don’t drink any more so it wouldn’t be worth me paying $60 for grazing food. I have noticed that when you pay for buffet all you can eat, they always seem to run out of the food that most people like. Wonder if it would be the same with the champagne?

  • Ew, could get really messy for some who couldn’t resist all you can drink prosecco. I don’t like it so it’s not a temptation for me

  • Boy $60 is far too expensive for my one or two drinks.

    • Yes that’s what I was thinking too !
