Are the cakes still on the shelves? Can’t imagine anyone buying it.

I think they’re a tad expensive. I love the Snag cake though.

I saw the Koala cake at the shops the other day and thought it looked very cute. I would probably buy it if I was short on time.

My first thought was ‘$29 is a really cheap kids birthday cake’ but I haven’t actually seen them in person. Maybe the negative comments are correct

Costly but you don’t have to buy it. If you can’t make it your self, it is another option other than a cake maker.

All store bought cakes are pretty expensive these days.

I suppose the price is for the convenience of having a nice ready made and decorated cake. I probably wouldn’t buy one though.

I really don’t see the problem.. if you’re time-poor and need a quick solution you, you have to pay the price for the convenience. From what I have seen with cake prices recently, these prices are actually quite reasonable. If you don’t want to pay that much, buy the ingredients and put in the time and effort to make the cake yourself – simple!

They’re cute. But there is no point complaining about the price – cakes of any sort are a luxury and it is selfish to pretend otherwise.

It’s a reasonable price for a decorated cake. It would be cheaper to do yourself and for those worried about the price they should. It’s always been the case that it’s cheaper to do yourself

I think the price is reasonable. You can’t buy a decorated sponge cake elsewhere for less than $50

I think that they are very cute and it costs a lot more to have a cake made by a cake maker. Great idea for those who are time poor and need a great looking cake.
