  • I am also one of the people who haven’t tried coconut oil. But I am planning to buy it ASAP. I have heard from other mums here that it taste good as well as it’s good if u apply it on skin so it’s a win win :)

  • Thanks for the info re: coconut oil, cleared up the confusion for me. Wondering about your comment that there is nothing wrong with butter. I’d love to have that explained too, because we always hear how bad it is and I’d love to know how much a healthy diet can include. Thanks for the informative articles.

  • Here’s me thinking supermarket chocolate is real chocolate :-) I enjoyed your video and popped over to your blog but couldn’t find the chocolate recipes you spoke about in your video and no search box to try and locate them:-( I’ll go back again later and scroll through each page, might come across them that way.
