Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 slice Bega vintage cheese
  • 80mL Milk
  • 1/2 t Flour

Method

  1. In a cup, pour in milk and add in cheese. If possible, tear the cheese into smaller pieces so it is cooked evenly.
  2. Microwave on high for 15seconds.
  3. Add in flour and whisk quickly with a spoon.
  4. Serve with poached egg.
