3 Ingredient Pancakes is one of the best recipes to have on hand.  No matter what’s going on, it’s super easy and quick to whip up these 3 Ingredient Pancakes.

Even the kids can remember the recipe for these, especially if you’ve got a pancake maker or pan on hand.

You can add banana, blueberries, strawberries or any other ingredient to this versatile 1 Cup Pancakes recipe.

BREAKFAST: Serve with bacon & eggs with a drizzle of maple syrup.
MORNING/AFTERNOON TEA: Serve with a side of fresh cream and jam.
DESSERT: Banana & Nutella pancakes, anyone?

Ingredients (serves 3 | makes 3-4 pancakes )

  • 1 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 EGG

Method

  1. Add Self Raising Flour into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make a well in the middle of bowl, add egg & milk. Stir with a spoon until consistency is smooth.
  3. Cook both sides on low heat. Serve & enjoy.

Notes

This is the easiest, fool-proof pancake recipe I have come across. I make these pancakes at least once or twice a week. The smaller pancakes are perfect for little fingers, great for playdates, mum's morning tea and kids lunchboxes.

  • This recipe had me at ‘3 ingredients’ as the title of this recipe. I love a simple recipe that requires very little. The best thing is, these 3 ingredients are staples in my household so i can whip this up anytime whenever the kids feel like pancakes without rushing to the store
