Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 2 desserts)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Mayver's Peanut and Cacao Spread
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 drop Vanilla extract
- Fresh Raspberries
- Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between two serving bowls or glasses. Decorate with fresh raspberries, other fresh berries or even a little toasted coconut or nuts.
