Yummy yolky pasta
- 1 serve spaghetti
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 rashers bacon, cut in strips
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp parmesan, shreeded
- Boil a pot of water, season with salt, and cook spaghetti according to directions.
- Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry bacon. Add spaghetti once cooked and toss to coat. Place in warm serving bowl.
- Cook poached egg in pasta water. Serve on top of spaghetti and bacon. Season with fresh cracked pepper and parmesan.
